Achievements of young scientists: technologies, developments and current research in the field of experimental and clinical pharmacology and pharmacy

On the sidelines of the 10th International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Students "Prospects for the Development of Biology, Medicine, and Pharmacy", which took place from December 6 to 8, 2023, the Department of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy, and Clinical Pharmacology of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy organized a session "Clinical Pharmacy, Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology: New Approaches and Current Research".
The presentations of young scientists were devoted to the search and solution of current problems in the field of development of new medical technologies, effective and safe use of drugs, development of phytopreparations, development of clinical/hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacology.
More than 30 presentations were heard at the session in the in-person format of participation.
Representatives of students and faculty of universities from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Central Asia countries took part in the session:
- Uzbekistan, Bukhara State Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina;
- Uzbekistan, Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute;
- Uzbekistan, Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances named after Academician S. Yu. Yunusov of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Tajikistan, Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sina;
- Aktobe, West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University;
- Turkestan, International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi;
- Russia, Bashkir State Medical University;
- Shymkent, South Kazakhstan State University named after M.O. Auezov;
- Shymkent, Regional Center for Phthisiopulmonology of the Turkestan Region;
- South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
Students, master's students, and residents shared the results of their research, which contributed to the exchange of experience and strengthening of scientific ties between higher and postgraduate educational institutions of different countries.
