Academic mobility to the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology of the UCMA Professor Baesheva D.A.

In the period from 04.04.-14.04.2023, within the framework of the academic mobility program, the head of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases of the NAO "Astana Medical University", MD, Professor D.A. Baesheva visited the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology of the UCMA. During the visit, lectures were given and practical classes were held with residents of the first year of the specialty "Infectious diseases adults, children", interns of the specialty "General practitioner" in the discipline "Children's infectious diseases". Professor Baesheva D.A. innovative teaching methods were used (Lecture- training, Standardized patient: SP – standart patien, essay, clinical case defense, etc.). Residents, interns took part in training seminars "Measles in children at the present stage", "Modern views on the diagnosis and therapy of CMVI in children", "Clinic, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious-toxic, septic shock", organized by the leadership of RCCH(regional children's infectious diseases hospital), SHSIH (Shymkent City Infectious Diseases Hospital). The positive aspect of the training was the active feedback of the audience, the emphasis on understanding the key problems of pediatric infectology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ways to solve them.
