Academic mobility is a bright start to new opportunities!

At the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology, JSC SKMA, the program of academic mobility is being successfully implemented.
From October 18 to October 29, 2021, the head of the department "Nutrition" of the NJSC "Kazakh National Medical University named after S. D. Asfendiyarov", Ph.D. Associate Professor KainarbaevaMaykulSaydullaevna was invited as an invited lecturer to the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology within the framework of the program of internal academic mobility.Within the framework of the program, M. Kainarbaeva conducted lectures and practical exercises on general hygiene in groups 01-20 PHr, nutritiology in groups 01-19 PHr, 02-19 PHr.Students attended the lessons with interest, emphasizing that during the lesson they mastered the competencies necessary for the development of practical skills.

In addition, MaykulSaidullaevna held an extensive seminar for the faculty of the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology and 3rd year students of the Academy of specialties "General Medicine" and "Public Health" on the topic "Topical issues of nutrition".The teachers and students of the seminar learned a lot of interesting things about the concept of healthy eating, disease prevention, genetically modified organisms and their harmfulness.At the end of the seminar, MaykulSeydullaevna presented to the participants information leaflets and brochures "Recipes for healthy eating" developed by the National Center for Healthy Nutrition.
