Academic mobility in Bukhara Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino

From November 19 to November 23, 2018 acting in lieu of Professor of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychology Tuksanbayeva G.U. visited BukhMI in the framework of external academic mobility, at the invitation of the Rector of the Bukhara Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino A.Sh. Inoyatova.

On the first day of her stay in Bukhara, acting in lieu of Professor Tuksanbaeva G.U. met with the leadership of the university, got acquainted with the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry of BukhMI, headed by the head of the Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor of Khodjaeva Dilbar Tadzhievna and their work.

The Department of Neurology and Psychiatry of BuchMI is based in the Regional Clinical Hospital, where it actively conducts advisory, therapeutic and diagnostic work.

The Department conducts classes for undergraduate students of the 5th course, clinical interns, undergraduates.

Acting in lieu of Professor Tuksanbaeva G.U. spoke about medical education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, educational programs in the residency of SKMA, active joint cooperation with other universities of foreign and neighboring countries at meetings with the teaching staff of the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry of BuchMI.

Acting in lieu of Professor of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychology G. U. Tuksanbaeva lectures were given to the students of the 5th year of undergraduate studies, clinical interns, undergraduates of this university, according to the lecture’s plan on neurology. Were held joint consultations of patients.

At the end of the visit to Bukhara, acting in lieu of Professor Tuksanbaeva G.U. warmly thanked for giving lectures and assured about the further active cooperation of universities in the framework of the program of academic mobility of teaching staff and students.
