A special event «Kazakhstan is the dream of centuries!» dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 14th December 2016, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Kazakh, Russian and Latin languages and Labour Union of SKSPhA held a special event «Kazakhstan is the dream of centuries!».

Bauyrzhan Kalzhanovich Makhatov, vice-rector for organizational and economic work of SKSPhA made a greeting speech, he congratulated all participants on the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he focused on the country’s achievements for the passed 25 years, on the success and strategic development plan of SKSPhA and thanked the faculty for effective work and wished a great success in the work.

Then, there was a solemn awarding ceremony of the teaching staff and employees of SKSPhA for their success and achievements in science and education.

The special event «Kazakhstan is the dream of centuries!» was continued with a festive concert. The teachers of Kazakh, Russian and Latin languages prepared and demonstrated materials containing archival footage on the genocide of Kazakh people, political repression of Kazakh intellects, the events of December 1986, fragments of feature films, pictures, which were shown during the whole concert. 

The patriotic songs «Alga, Kazakhstan!», «Uly dala», «Tugan zher», dances of various styles and genres, performed by students of the Academy, impressed the audience.
