76th Spring of Victory

On May 6, 2021, the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy held a solemn event on the ZOOM online platform and on the Instagram social network dedicated to "May 7 Defender of the Fatherland Day" and "May 9 Victory Day".

This year, the Armed Forces of the country will celebrate 29 years and 76 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The Rector of SKMA, Professor M. Rysbekov opened the solemn event, congratulated the staff and students on the Victory Day and wished them a peaceful life.

The report was made by the head of the military department, Colonel S. Myrzaliev, who focused on the significance and history of the above-mentioned holidays.

Senior lecturer of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social and Social Disciplines Utegenov Bakhyt told about the exploits of medical workers during the war.

The event continued with a concert program prepared by the management staff and active students.

Despite the fact that the Great Patriotic War brought many tragedies, we remember and thank our heroes who showed courage during the celebration of Victory Day.
