1 December - World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is celebrated every year around the world on December 1. On November 29, 2017 the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenereology organized and conducted a citywide Forum dedicated to the World AIDS Day. Students, interns, residents the SKSPhA, 1st year SKSU and 3rd year students of Shymkent medical college empleyees of Regional Center for AIDS and Regional Center for Healthy lifestyll took part in the Forum.

Participants of the forum expressed their active life position on non-discrimination of HIV-infected people, told about the state of the problem in the world, Kazakstan, SKR, possible measures of prevention and treatment.

During the Forum,there were  author's monologues stage sketches were put on the problem of HIV infection. All participants were given the opportunity to voluntarily and anonymously pass ing an express test for HIV infection
