Workshop
From October 10th to 15th, 2016 at the premises of Regional perinatal center № 1 there was held a “Workshop for obstetrician-gynecologists, anesthesiologists, experts in resuscitation and nurses on effective urgent obstetric care and topical issues of neonatology”. The event was organized within 005 Republican budget program and agreement between South- Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy and “KriziuTyrimoCentras” (Republic of Lithuania). This is the first workshop of three planned ones before the end of the year. The goal of this master class is implementation of acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills while administering emergency obstetric care in inpatient facilities, emergency resuscitation neonatal care. The training is based on the team principle of obstetric, neonatal and anesthetic units. Lithuanian group of specialists comprised the following doctors: Thomas Birzhietis, Doctor of Medicine, obstetrician-gynecologist; Alenas Donatas Vilimas, anesthesiologist; Rita Yakushkiene, neonatologist; Bronislava Petroshiene, obstetrician; Vida Balciunaite, neonatal nurse.
The opening of workshop was attended by Mayra Abdrazakovna Toktarova, the chief expert of the Department of Science and Human Resources of MH SD RK;Bekaydar Kaldybayevich Nurmashev, vice-rector for scientific and clinical work of SKSPhA; Madina Umbetovna Kokenova, the head doctor of Regional perinatal center № 1 and others.
