VII INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF «KAZAKH SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGISTS AND INTENSIVISTS»

On April 26-27, 2024, the VII International Congress of «Kazakh society of anesthesiologists and intensivists» was held in Turkestan.
The Congress was attended by leading scientists and specialists of practical healthcare in Kazakhstan, the Far East (Israel, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France, China, New Zealand, Romania, USA, Great Britain, Turkey) and neighboring countries (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan).
The Congress was attended on behalf of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy by professor of the Department of «Emergency Medicine and Nursing», anesthesiologist-intensive care specialist Aldeshev Almas Aldeshevich and assistants, anesthesiologists- intensive care specialists Auyezkhankyzy D., Yunusmetov E.Sh., as well as residents of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of study in the specialty «Anesthesiology and intensive care».
Chairman of the «Kazakh Society of Anesthesiologists and Intensivists», doctor of medical sciences, professor, Zhumadilov Agzam Shaimardanovich made a welcoming speech and congratulated professor A.A. Aldeshev on his 75th birthday. In his congratulatory speech, he thanked on behalf of the society for the contribution to the development of medical science and education, skills in the field of anesthesiology, intensive care. Almas Aldeshevich thanked everyone present for their attention, wished everyone success and dedication to their work!

The Congress allowed to discuss the possibilities of providing a wide range of medical services through the introduction of advanced medical technologies, internationally recognized standards of quality and safety of medical care for children and adult patients.
During the Congress, interdisciplinary problems in the management and conduct of intensive care for severe patients were discussed. Head of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and Neurosurgery of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, professor Nazira Asanovna Zharkinbekova made a presentation: «Experience in managing crises in myasthenia gravis in South Kazakhstan».

The moderator of the section «Cardiac кesuscitation, ECMO» was the head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive care NAO «Shymkent Heart Center», PhD doctoral student of the 3rd year of study in the specialty «Medicine» of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy Permenov B.A. and made a presentation on the topic: «Application of artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize ECMO in clinical practice». The anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the NAO «Shymkent Heart Center», mentor of residents, part-time lecturer of the Department of «Emergency Medicine and Nursing» Karimov Y.A. with the topic: «Integration of ECLS into resuscitation algorithms in clinical practice».

Within the framework of the Congress, the VII Kazakh-Israeli Symposium and other satellite symposiums, an exhibition of the latest technologies, master classes, a section for neonatal nurses, and a competition for young scientists were held.

At the end, all participants were awarded certificates with international participation (16 credits).
