Tuberculosis and HIV

On September 21, 2023, a seminar among doctors and nurses on tuberculosis in patients with HIV infection was held at the Regional Center of Phthisiopulmonology. At the seminar, the head of the Department of Phthisiopulmonology and Radiology of the SKMA, a phthisiologist of the highest category, Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Kasaeva Lazzat Tatibekovna made a report "Coinfection of tuberculosis and HIV". The report high spot the relevance, epidemiological situation, ways of detection, modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis and HIV coinfections.
