The results of science and education integration

The students of the 5th course of the specialty “Pharmacy” - Motay Argul and Aueshakova Aygerim participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students “Akanov Readings: Current Issues in Medicine and Healthcare” which took place from April 19 to 20, 2018 at the Kazakh National Medical Universitynamed after S.D. Asfendiyarov.

At the session of the young scientists, Motay Argul presented the work “Spectrophotometric determination of the Moovalis isolated from the bio-liquid”. The work was presented in English among undergraduates and doctoral students of higher academic institutions.

The result of the RBL (research based learning) class on the elective discipline “Bioanalytical Chemistry and Toxicology” resulted in Aueskhan Aigerim's speech in English. She not only was able to report high-level data on the methods of Diclofenac research in biological objects, but also to surprise the audience with a new innovative method of teaching - RBL, which is practiced by teachers of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry.

During the conference, our young scientists had the opportunity to exchange views with undergraduates and graduates who came from Japan.

Thus, at the conference our students were able to show their knowledge, skills and research skills, excellent orientation in the information flow and the ability to critically evaluate the reliability of the data for making a specific decision.
