The influence of the Internet and social networks on youth: how was the meeting in SKMA

Almost all students believe that the Internet contains important information for them. In reality, it turns out not to be so. The meeting "Peace among the youth", organized on March 3, 2022 in the large conference hall of the SKMA by the Department for Social Affairs and Youth Policy, the "Youth Resource Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent and the KSU "Center for the Study of Religious Problems" of the Office on Religious Affairs in Shymkent, was a confirmation of this in terms of the influence of the Internet, social networks on the religious knowledge of young people.
The moderator of this event was the specialist of the Youth Resource Center of Shymkent R. Kypshakbaev, who spoke in detail about how information is presented and why it should be checked, and why it should not be succumbed.

The meeting was attended by: theologian of the KSU "Center for the Study of Problems of Religion" of the Department of Religious Affairs of the city of Shymkent Toyshiev Nurtaza, the senior inspector of the Al-Farabi district Asanov Timur, the head of the department of the KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of the city of Shymkent Abdikarim Nurzhan. Speakers before the audience clearly placed all the accents, warned why it is necessary to avoid them, to prevent cases of poisoning of consciousness by negative currents in social networks. And what is very important for university students is to be a true citizen of their country, as a duty to society, the state, and the family.

Summing up the event, the specialist of the Youth Resource Center of Shymkent R. Kipshakbaev urged young people to live in peace.
