Student tour to the city of Turkestan

With teachers of the Department of «Pharmaceutical Disciplines» of the Medical College at the «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» and students of groups S-PhK-11-02-22, S-PhO-11-03-22 under the program «Ұлттық рухани жаңғыру» to the mausoleum «Khoja Ahmed Yasawi» in Turkestan. A student excursion was organized. The goal is to glorify the values of patriotism among students and create a united nation of strong and responsible people. An important condition for patriotism is the renewal of the consciousness of every citizen, aimed at preserving national identity, taking responsibility for the environment, active participation in public life at the local and national levels, developing a sense of belonging and initiative.
During the trip, students got acquainted with the city of Turkestan, which has an important role in the history of the country, and listened to legends about the construction of the mausoleum. At the end of the excursion, he visited the “Karavan Saray” tourist complex, located near the mausoleum. On the way back, they shared their impressions of the excursion and discussed historical issues.
