«Sport is a guarantee of health»

Department of General Education Subjects, South Kazakhstan Medical Academy's Medical College held an interdisciplinary sports competition among 1st and 2nd year students with the aim of "Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle and Developing Sports".
Teams comprised of students from the specialties "Medical Care", "Nursing care", "Dentist", and "Orthodontist" participated in the sporting event. The competitions included sports like "rope pulling" and "volleyball".
The event was opened by the Head of the Department, A.T. Satayev, who wished the athletes good luck.
Six teams participated in the intense competition. The winners were awarded certificates, cups, and medals.

Rope pulling:
1st place: 2nd year "Medical Care"
2nd place: 2nd year "Orthodontics"
3rd place: "Dentistry"

Volleyball:
1st place: "Turan" team, "Medical Care" specialty
2nd place: "Alash" team, "Dentistry" specialty
3rd place: "Kyrgan" team, 2nd year "Medical Care" specialty
