Students of the South-Kazakhstan medical academy achieve high achievements in the field of education and science at the republican level!
"The best student of Respublika Kazakhstan" is the proud Academy
Bekmurat Balzhan Yerzhanovna, a 2nd-year student of the department of microbiology, allergology and immunology, became a laureate of the republican competition "100 best students of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and was awarded the title "Best student of the Republic of Kazakhstan". She was awarded a special diploma, medal, badge and statuette. This achievement is the result of high student achievement and active participation in scientific research. In addition, academic supervisor Polatbekova Shapagat Tolegenovna was awarded with a letter of thanks for educating the best student.

Prize places at the scientific conference
Our students won prizes at the scientific and practical conference of young scientists "Youth in medicine: research, experience, achievements" organized by the Kazakhstan-Russian Medical University.
Second-year students of the Department of Microbiology, Allergology and Immunology Bekmurat Balzhan and Maksutkhanova Ayaulym presented research works on the following topics:
• "The spread of resistance to antibiotics: the importance of microbiological studies"
• "Environmental microbiology: environmental safety in health care infrastructure"
According to the results of the conference, Bekmurat Balzhan took 2nd place, Maksutkhanova Ayaulym - 3rd place.
These achievements proved the high potential of students of the Academy in education and science and raised the reputation of the department and the academy. We are proud of our students and wish them to achieve even greater heights in the future!
