Meeting on the topic "Explanation of ethnopolitics" and "Profilatics of destructive religious movements"
On October 8, 2024, a meeting with students on the topic "Prevention of destructive religious movements" was held in the great hall of the UCMA, organized by the Department of Youth Policy and the Center for the Study of Religious Problems of the Shymkent Department of Religious Affairs.
The meeting was attended by Rauan Mukhituly Kypshakbayev, Head of the Youth Work Department of the KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent. Nurzhan Kenesuly Abdikarim, Head of the Information and Propaganda Department of the KSU "Public Consent" Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent. Anargali Piraliuly Kerimbekov, naib-imam of the Baigut Baba mosque. Tynyshtyk Baymanova, Head of the Department of organization and coordination of information and educational work of the KSU "Center for the Study of Religious Problems" of the Department of Religious Affairs of Shymkent.
The initiator of this event was the head of the Youth work department of the KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent city, Kypshakbayev Rauan Mukhituly.
Abdikarim Nurzhan Kenesuly, head of the information and propaganda department of the KSU "Public Consent" Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent, told the students in detail about the prevention of destructive religious movements, about explaining state ethnopolitics, about the principles of national unity and social harmony.
The next guest of the meeting, naib imam of the Baigut Baba Kerimbekov mosque Anargali Piraliuly, spoke about the basic rules of religious safety for young people, about the dangers of religious extremism, involvement in destructive religious movements in social networks.
Summing up, Baimanova Tynyshtyk, a theologian at the Center for the Study of Religious Problems of the Shymkent City Department of Religious Affairs, told students how to avoid destructive religious movements and not succumb to the negative flow on social networks.
