Job Fair «Young Specialist – 2022»

On April 06, 2022, JSC "South Kazakhstan Medical Academy" held a job fair «Young Specialist –2022» in the traditional format for graduates of all specialties of residency and internship.
The purpose of the event: assistance in the employment of graduates.
This event was attended by more than 10 employers from institutions and organizations subordinate to the Health Department of Zhambyl region, about 50 graduates of residency in 16 specialties and 45 graduates of internship.
The event was held by the dean of internship and employment of graduates Kemelbekov K. S.

Employers presented presentations about their institutions, presented vacancies in specialties, consulted on various issues, told about employment opportunities.

In addition, graduates of our academy took part in the fair, who shared their achievements in scientific and career activities, expressed their wishes to future young specialists.

Deans Kemelbekov K. S., Bektenova G. E. and heads of educational programs provided support and directed young professionals to find a job.Through the fair, graduates had the opportunity to communicate with employers, ask questions of interest to them, learn about the requirements of future jobs.

During the meeting, the most pressing issues for graduates were discussed, including those related to the personnel shortage in these medical institutions, working conditions, social packages provided.
It is known that some graduates face difficulties in finding employment after graduation from the Academy. Such meetings are designed to provide active assistance in finding employment and provide each graduate with the opportunity to realize their knowledge and skills.
