Internationalization of education: experience, problems and prospects
On 11 April this year on G-global communicative platform on-line video conference "Internationalization of education: experience, problems and prospects", organized by the department of pharmaceutical and toxicological chemistry, was held.
In the last decades internationalization of the higher education became the leading trend emphasizing development of globalization processes. The internationalization of the education system can bring significant benefits not only in the form of an inflow of foreign students, but also it gives a serious impetus to the development of both system of the higher education of the whole state, and separately taken higher educational institution which wishes to be competitive.
The internationalization of education is based on a variety of ideas for international cooperation in the field of education, the majority of which have already been realized as different kinds of programs.
At the conference it was discussed issues of internationalization of higher education, which includes a variety of formats for international collaboration, including:
• implementation of the training program of the students in the language of international communication;
• academic exchange of students;
• educational grants of Erasmus +program;
• internship faculty and master students in partner universities;
• invitation of leading scientists from partner universities;
• development of joint study programmes.
In this context, the experience exchange has taken place within the framework of the international cooperation between the department of pharmaceutical and toxicological chemistry and SKSPhA, in general.
Leading scientists and professors from partner universities such as Medical University of Komensky (Bratislava, Slovakia), I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Moscow, the Russian Federation), Bashkir State Medical University (Ufa, Bashkortostan), S. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, Astana Medical University, West Kazakhstan State Medical University have taken active part in online mode.
