Holding an event of the "General Practitioner" department within the framework of the "Early Pregnancy" and "Personal Hygiene" projects.

On October 30, 2025, 7th-year interns of the І-ЖТДК-02-24, І-ЖТДК-01-24 groups of GPs, Master of Medical Sciences Nurmakhanova G., as part of the scientific project "Prevention of Early Pregnancy", held a preventive and educational event among students of grades 7-8-9 at the BILIM ORDA school in the 4th microdistrict of Shymkent.
At the beginning of the event, the group leader, Nurmakhanova G, introduced the interns, explained the consequences of early pregnancy among teenagers, and spoke about the importance of holding this event to create a permanent education about the prevention of harmful habits and strengthening the values of hygiene and cleanliness.

As part of this event aimed at preventing early pregnancy, participating GP interns provided important information to students of BILIM ORDA School in the most accessible form. The topics discussed during the meeting were focused on current issues in modern society: "Early pregnancy", "Violence in society", as well as "Non-observance of personal hygiene". The GP interns discussed the causes of early pregnancy, including its impact on the health of the mother and child, and also emphasized the importance of knowing the basics of reproductive health and a conscious approach to communication.

The lecture on violence in society was directed by GP interns to explain the essence of violence, its forms and consequences. Special attention was also paid to the psychological and social aspects of the problem, ways to prevent aggression among adolescents, and methods of seeking help in case of violence were discussed.

During the lecture "Personal Hygiene", GP interns explained hygiene knowledge in detail. They explained nail care and hair care in accordance with school requirements in a clear, easy and complete way to schoolchildren. In addition, the interns emphasized the importance of prevention and an active lifestyle.

The intern of the GP noted that proper skin care affects the normal functioning of the body. The skin performs a variety of physiological and biological functions. The structure of the skin is very complex.

There was a lot of discussion on the topic of hygiene, including teeth and clothing, and intimate care.
He explained in detail the importance of brushing your teeth twice a day, properly. Intimate hygiene - general proper bathing, not using too much intimate gel, and using personal hygiene items only for yourself. He warned against using items used by your father, mother, or older sibling at home.
Clothing hygiene - emphasized the importance of daily hygiene of underwear, school uniforms, and daily hygiene of clothing.

All lecture topics aroused great interest among schoolchildren.
To provide feedback, GP interns held several interactive games and quizzes between lectures. These games helped to increase student activity, consolidate the knowledge gained during the lecture, and develop teamwork skills.
Games and quizzes were aimed at consolidating the material on the topic of a healthy lifestyle and aroused great interest among schoolchildren.
Students showed high interest and activity, asked questions, and actively participated in the games. The winners received symbolic prizes and souvenirs.

BILIM ORDA Special prizes were awarded to students who actively participated in the school. The students actively participated in the question-and-answer session and showed that they fully understood the topics of the day. The students were able to distinguish between right and wrong situations and learned how to avoid making the wrong move.

At the end of the event, representatives of the comprehensive school - the school principal and the deputy principal for educational affairs - expressed their gratitude to the interns and the group leader for organizing and conducting this event. The group leader was presented with a letter of gratitude, and the GP interns received certificates for their contribution to educational work.
As a result, the main goal of the educational work was achieved: most of the materials presented by the interns were retained in the memory of schoolchildren, and they formed an understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This format of work for GP interns allowed them to expand and improve their communicative skills and competencies.
