The Academy staff hosted a seminar at the "Mental Health Center", Shymkent
On April 19, a pivotal seminar titled "Modern approaches to scientific research in psychiatry and drug addiction: from writing an article to the use of artificial intelligence" was organized as part of the Week dedicated to the Day of Kazakhstani Science. Tailored for healthcare practitioners, this workshop delved into the most recent advancements in the field.
The session commenced with a welcoming address by Yerlan Yerezhepov, Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs at the "Mental Health Center," underscoring the significance of bridging practice and science and expressing gratitude to the Academy's staff for orchestrating the seminar. Alikhan Zhaksylyk, Deputy Chief Physician for Organizational and Methodological Affairs at "MHC" Shymkent, presided over the proceedings.
Esteemed speakers with distinct expertise took the stage for the seminar. Dana Bekaryssova, a PhD candidate and Head of the Department of Project Management and Commercialization; Umida Hojakulova, a PhD candidate and assistant at the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing; Dana Auezkhankyzy, a PhD candidate and assistant at the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing; and Maidan Mukhamediyarov, a PhD candidate and Head of the Doctoral Studies and Master's Degree Sector, delivered insightful presentations covering the latest developments in scientific article writing and research methodologies.
The seminar concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, fostering further discussion and knowledge exchange.
