Happy anniversary, Alma Akhmetova Abdukarimovna!

Alma Akhmetova Abdukarimovna, head of the Department of strategic development and international cooperation of SKMA, has turned 60!

In 1982 A.A. Akhmetova graduated from Kazakh State University named after Kirov and received the qualification "Chemist, chemistry teacher", she was admitted to the Shymkent branch of ASMI (now SKMA). And since that time, all her labor activity is associated with Higher Education Institution.

In 1997 she defended her Ph.D thesis in organic chemistry, in 2003 she received the academic title of "Docent". Her track record includes senior lecturer, docent of the department, secretary of the Academic Council of SKSMA, executive secretary of the selection committee, head of the educational and methodological center, vice-chancellor for development and innovation.

Alma Akhmetova was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1999), the badge "For excellence in health care" (2004), the jubilee commemorative medal for the 80th anniversary of the South Kazakhstan region (2012), the badge "For contribution to health care". (2016).
