Dual training of the students of educational program Technology of pharmaceutical production on the Zerde-Phyto base
As part of the cooperation of SKMA with Zerde-Fito LLP, dual training is carried out for 3rd year students of the educational program “Pharmaceutical Production Technology” at the Department of Pharmacognosy in the discipline “Chemistry of Natural Medicinal Compounds”

Processing of medicinal plant raw materials. Collection, storage of medicinal teas, etc. The purpose of dual training is to develop students' knowledge about the standardization system and the categories of regulatory documents regulating the quality of medicinal plant raw materials, as well as the skills of receiving whole raw materials and identifying impurities. During the training, students became familiar with the nomenclature of official collections, modern equipment of the production workshops “CORSAR” R-190, ISO-200, quality requirements, methods of application, packaging and storage systems, as well as the use of finished products.
Shown here are three warehouses for storing plant materials and two workshops for processing and packaging. Students became familiar with the processes and practiced from the moment they received the LRS until the release of the LF. The company's product range includes more than 280 types of products; more than 1,000 tons of medicinal and herbal raw materials are processed annually. The production processes of Zerde-Fito LLP are fully automated, modern equipment ensures a high degree of purification and processing of raw materials.
Preparation of raw materials and semi-finished products, grinding, sieving, filling, filter bag placement, filling and cartoning are all carried out automatically and then re-controlled to ensure strict process requirements are met. and excludes the influence of the human factor on it. The production has implemented international quality management standards ISO 9001:2009 and the pharmaceutical industry standard ISO 22000-2006 HACCP, and preparations are underway for the reorganization of production in accordance with the international GMP system.
Thus, the dual education system makes it possible to train personnel who, upon graduation, not only have a specialist diploma in a particular field, but can independently solve any professional problems. This form of training allows you to significantly strengthen the practical component of the educational process, while maintaining the level of theoretical training.
