On October 24, 2024, the Department of General Education Disciplines of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent and the Medical College at YUKMA JSC organized a meeting among students in the TEDx format on the topic "Drug addiction is a dangerous epidemic of society" with the participation of specialists from a special industry. The meeting was attended by the head of the Department of General Education Disciplines Sataev A.T., the inspector of the Department of Outreach and Youth work NEET of the KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Moscow. Shymkent Palkhozhayeva Gulmira, a narcologist at the Shymkent Mental Health Center Odaman Meruert, an operational officer of the Department for Combating Drug Crime of the Shymkent Police Department, authorized police Captain Kenes Sergeant Abzalovich and college students took part.
