December 1st is AIDS Day

An infectious disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a global catastrophe for the population of many countries of the world. The epidemic has claimed the lives of many millions of people. This disease affects people at a very active age.
AIDS is the last stage of HIV infection.
At the Department of General Practitioner 2, interns of the 05-23 group, an event "December 1-the world fight against AIDS" was held. At this event, the teacher Taskinova Maya Adilbekovna gave a generalized idea about AIDS and opened the event. Aubakir Kasiet, an intern, informed the interns about transmission routes, prevention measures, and the dangers of AIDS among young people. At the end of the event, the interns received feedback on the topic and received an answer to the question.
In addition, explanatory work on AIDS was carried out for residents of Shymkent. - to draw public attention to this problem. - Prevention of such prejudices in society as incitement, discrimination, and HIV separation/AIDS.
- Providing data to expand understanding of HIV/AIDS. - Assistance in providing medical, psychosocial, and moral assistance to HIV/AIDS. - Cooperation, involvement of international, domestic, non-governmental organizations in the problem of HIV/AIDS.
By marking this date, we show that society, as well as every person, have an equal right to a full and productive life, while preserving their human value.
On World AIDS Day, we urge countries to work with us to build a healthy society and use our efforts in the right direction!
