Clinical base of SKMA – City Hospital №2 in Shymkent has turned 45 years old since its foundation

In February 2021, the 45th anniversary of the famous "Phosphorus Hospital" of Shymkent city was celebrated. The pandemic of coronavirus infection has changed the plans of the team. The date of the celebrations was postponed to the autumn of 2022.
On November 25-26, 2022, Rixos Khadisha Shymkent hosted an international conference "Current issues of practical medicine" dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the founding of the city Hospital №2 in Shymkent. Its participants were leading scientists from Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the medical community of Shymkent and Turkestan region, government agencies and the media.
Rector of the South Kazakhstan medical academy M.M. Rysbekov addressed the conference with a welcoming speech, noting important milestones in the history of the medical institution. From the medical-sanitary part of the production association "Phosphorus", it turned into a multidisciplinary clinical hospital, having grown more than one galaxy of wonderful doctors and scientists. Conducts fundamental research work on its base.
M.M. Rysbekov thanked the hospital management for improving the practical skills of students, interns and residents studying at the Academy. "Let me once again congratulate and wish the team success in strengthening the health of the population. And also wish fruitful work to scientists, leading specialists from near and far abroad, presenting the results of research activities.
