Assessment of knowledge of the Kazakh language

The KAZTEST system is a system for assessing the level of the state language of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Knowledge of the state language is defined as the duty of every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, it is important to create a system for assessing the national language in accordance with the state standard of testing and forming the structure, content, organization and management of this system.

The essence of "KAZTEST" is the introduction of the system of assessing the level of knowledge of the Kazakh language by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the basis for the introduction of the system. 

From 6 to 9 November, 2018 Zh.B. Zhumagulov, responsible for KAZTEST, from the staff of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. Baidybekov, together with specialists from the Shymkent Center for Language Studies, conducted a Kazakh language test to assess the level of knowledge of the Kazakh language. Kaztest consisted of 600 officers of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
