Academic mobility in action

On November 15, 2017 head of technology of pharmaceutical production Department in SKSPhA, acting Professor, PhD Botagoz Ongarovna Torlanova began to read lectures and conduct practical classes for 4-year students of the specialty “Technology of pharmaceutical production” in Karaganda state medical university (KSMU, Karaganda, Kazakhstan). 

Lecturing and conducting classes in the discipline “Machinery and machines for packing and packaging dosage forms”  is carried out in the framework of academic mobility program of teaching staff. All classes (lectures, practical classes) held at the Department of pharmaceutical sciences and chemistry, are carried out in the state and Russian languages. The staff of the Department led by the head of the Department Irina Viktorovna Loseva has created all the conditions for the slide show (presentations of lectures) and there are a large selection of various types of packaging for different dosage forms used in the practical classes

Due to the fact that the educational process in KSMU is organized according to the cyclic principle, the process of studying this discipline will be completed on 29 November (total duration - 2 weeks). The level of assimilation of knowledge and skills will be monitored by conducting boundary control (2 times) by testing and decision of situational tasks. At the end of the cycle students will take a written and an oral exam.
