On September 1st, 2018 at the Academy hall there was held a solemn meeting for the 1st year students dedicated to Constitution Day and the Day of Knowledge. The event was organized by the department of Youth Policy and Social Affairs. The event was held in accordance with the approved plan for each faculty separately. 

The event was opened by the rector of SKMA, Professor M. Rysbekov, the dean of Pharmacy Faculty K. Daurenbekov, the dean of Medicine Faculty B.Z. Doltayeva, the director of the medical college M.A. Otynshiyev and they congratulated on the beginning of new academic year and wished good luck in  future studying. 

N. Abdurakhmanov and B. Utegenov, senior teachers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social sciences made their speech on the themes “Ata zan”, “Mangilik el”. R.I. Darbicheva, the head of Library and Information Center made students aware of the library system and the book collection, guidelines for book using. At the end of this event, the Youth Policy Department organized a concert. (Number of students enrolled was 800).
