“The beginning of independence – Zheltoksan” trip to the South Kazakhstan Regional Museum of History and Local Lore

On December 12, 2024, senior lecturer of the Department of Kazakh, Russian and Latin languages A.S. Zhakipova, tutor A.E. Temirova, together with the mentoring group B-MSHAB-06-23, he made a trip to the South Kazakhstan Regional Museum of History and Local Lore, located on Baydibek bi Avenue.

The events of December are one of the unforgettable, most painful and sad pages in the history of Kazakhstan. Thanks to the events of December, the young democracy of Kazakhstan, which is now coming of age, has gained a lot of experience and learned historical lessons.

The students were provided with detailed information about Independence Day. Extensive information was provided about the history of each exhibit of the Local History Museum. The December event showed the historical role in awakening the true national consciousness of the Kazakh people and gaining independence. Remembering the victims of December, paying tribute to the courage of brothers and sisters who fought for the freedom of the people and the country.
