STUDENT CONFERENCE "SATBAEV'S READINGS"

On April 25, 2024, a regional student scientific conference “Satpayev Readings” was held in honor of the 125th anniversary of the Kazakh scientist, the first Kazakh academician Kanysh Satpayev. The conference was organized by the department of “History of Kazakhstan and social disciplines” as part of the Science Week of SKMA. University students and secondary school students in Shymkent and the Turkestan region also took part in the student conference, organized to publish the results of scientific research by students and teachers of SKMA and to involve students in scientific research. The organizing committee of the regional student scientific conference included Zh.O. Nurzhanbayeva – PhD, Head of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and Social Disciplines”, Ph.D., Acting Associate Professor O. Turebaev, Ph.D., Acting Associate Professor M. Turadilov, Ph.D., Acting Associate Professor G. Aidarbekova, senior teacher A. Kabyl, senior teacher A. Kabyl, and senior teacher A. Ibraimova. The acting also took part in the conference. Head of the Department of Scientific and Clinical Work, Doctoral and Master's Studies Seyil Birzhan Seyituly. The conference participants presented interesting and informative reports and articles dedicated to the life, activities and scientific and educational views of Academician K. Satpayev. At the end of the conference, the best works of the participants were awarded with reports of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees, other participants received certificates and letters of gratitude.
