Public lesson

On November 28, 2024, from 9.00 till 11.50 there was held an open practical lesson in a study group ВМ-СҚАБ-04-23 by the discipline "Sociology and Political Science" according to the educational program of "Dentistry" specialty at the department of social and humanitarian disciplines. The topic of the open lesson was determined as "Political Science in the system of professional training of specialists. History of the development of political thought in Kazakhstan. Institutions of political power in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ruling elite and political leadership as social subjects of power. The mechanism of functioning of the political system". The main teaching methods were actively used during the lesson: innovative technologies, team learning in small groups (TBL), mind map - MIND MAP, roulette, puzzle method and during the lesson the teacher also placed portraits of political thinkers as visual aids. During the lesson with the help of the neural network of the ChatGPT chat, the speech and appearance of famous public and political Kazakh figures such as Shokan Ualikhanov and Abai Kunanbayev were restored, besides of that the teacher held a brief exposition of literature on the topic of "Sociology and political science" which can be used by teachers and students as well.
