Organizers of the round table: the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Medicine, the Dean's office of internship and employment of graduates, the residency department and the management of JSC "SKMA".

The round table was attended by more than 70 people, including representatives of practical health care in Shymkent, Turkestan region, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan Region, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" in Shymkent, the management of JSC "SKMA", as well as the teaching staff of the OP "General Medicine" and "Pediatrics" and students of the university

The purpose of the round table is to improve the quality of medical education through integration with science and practice in modern conditions, joint development of the OP taking into account the requirements of employers and the needs of the labor market, as well as interaction on the employment of graduates.

The round table is a platform for realizing opportunities:

• for Employers: the opportunity to receive young professionals already prepared for practical work, to participate in the process of their training and to influence the quality of their training;

• for Academy: the opportunity to organize the educational process and production practice, as well as further employment of the student.

The moderator of the round table presented Vice-rector for Educational-methodical and educational work, Professor Anartayeva M. U.

Representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" in Shymkent were invited to the round table.

The head of the department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent Madina Tursunbekova made a speech. In her speech, she noted the importance of interaction between the university and employers, that it becomes an important indicator of the quality and reliability of the university's activities, one of the most important criteria for its competitiveness in the education and labor market.

During the round table, the issues of improving educational programs for training specialists of different levels for practical health care and the competencies necessary for successful work of graduates, as well as the formats of interaction between practical health care and the academy, with the help of which they can be developed, were discussed.

The participants of the round table confirmed the relevance and significance of such events, expressed their high interest in further discussion of the above issues and their readiness to cooperate with the Academy. They noted that one of the conditions for high-quality training of specialists is not just interaction, but close cooperation of the academy with employers, that is, the coordination of actions of all interested parties, the presence of mutual understanding between them and the desire to develop a common vision of the situation. As a result of the round table, a resolution was adopted.
