IV Congress of Physicians and VII Congress of Cardiologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan were held from 2 to 5 of June, 2015 in Almaty

Aspects of the organization of therapeutic and cardiological services, the new medical technologies in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of therapeutic and prior cardiovascular diseases, providing a diagnostic and treatment care at the PHC (Primary Health Care) level, the problems of rehabilitation and prevention of prior cardiovascular and therapeutic disorders were discussed in the forum.

The conference program included more than 145 reports, the number of delegates of the IV Congress of Physicians and VII Congress of Cardiologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to about 400 people. Leading scientists from the CIS and foreign countries, health officials from all the regions of Kazakhstan, chief specialists, cardiologists and physicians took part in the forum.

The forum also was attended by the following Presidium members of the Physicians Association of the RK: MD, professor Bekmurzayeva E.K., acting professor Kauyzbay Zh.A. Acting professor Kauyzbay Zh.A. and associate professor Seydahmetova A.A., the stuff members of the Undergraduate Therapy Department, delivered their scientific reports.

A resolution, which highlights the major health problems of health care and identifies ways to improve cardiological and therapeutic services in the Republic of Kazakhstan, was adopted after the forum.
