International conference in Ufa

13-14 November 2020 The South Kazakhstan Medical Academy co-organized with the Bashkir State Medical University, Institute of Biochemistry and Genetics OFITS Russian Academy of Sciences, Central research Institute of Epidemiology, National scientific society of Infectious diseases, the Medical University Families, Bukhara State Medical Institute, Institute of Immunology and human genomics, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, international scientific-practical conference «Fundamental and applied aspects of immunology, genetics and Infectology». The conference and publication of materials were supported by a grant from the Russian Foundation for basic research, RFBR project No. 20-015-2001.

The conference was held online and featured 8 countries (Russia, China, USA, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine). 72 reports on the global problem of COVID-19 and other topical infectious diseases of our countries were heard. From the Department of Infectious diseases and Dermatovenerology, Prof. Abuova G. N.-at the plenary session, Assoc.prof. Berdalieva F. A. and PhD- candidate Polukchi T. V. – in the section «Current issues of therapy and prevention of infectious diseases», assistant Aliev D. S. - in the section «Topical issues of infectious diseases of adults and children».

This event is a vivid example of scientific cooperation, exchange of experience in areas of mutual interest of the Departments of partner Universities.

Employees of the Department published their articles in the conference proceedings, which is posted in the RSCI, each article has a doi.
