In Astana, the best Kazakhstan scientists were awarded according to Scopus
Information-analytical company Elsevier announced the names of the leading Kazakhstani scientists in 9 nominations according to the version of the largest scientific-analytical platform Scopus. One of them is our vice-rector for scientific and clinical activities, c.m.s., associate professor Nurmashev Bekaydar Kaldybaevich. Congratulations to him on his outstanding achievement of receiving the award “Best Researcher in Medical Sciences” from the International Scientific Platform Scopus as one of the most published and quoted scientists from Kazakhstan in the field of medicine.
The organizers of the award noted a significant increase in the quality of Kazakhstan's research, including the fact that the number of publications by scientists in our country in the top 10 percent of the most cited journals in the world grew by more than one and a half times.
