Improving pedagogical competencies: the work of internal trainers of JSC «SKMA»

As the part of the plan to implement the program for the development of pedagogical competences of PTS on 2020-2021 academic year was held training modules «Effective teacher» and «Using simulation technologies in educational programme for the development of clinical competence». The training was online, in the Zoom platform from January 11 to January 15, 2021. The 42 PTS improved pedagogical competencies. The listeners noted the need to improve pedagogical competencies and the introduction of the acquired knowledge into the educational process.
