Active promotion of graduates employment in the context of the pandemic

Actively promoting the employment of graduates in the context of the pandemic is one of the most important strategic tasks of our academy, for its implementation, the university regularly holds meetings with employers and partners. One of these, with the assistance of the Department of internship and employment of graduates in an online format, took place on April 13, 2021 on the ZOOM platform.

The meeting was attended by graduates of bachelor's, internship and residency programs. The moderator was the Vice-rector for Educational and methodical work, Professor Anartaeva M. U.

On the part of employers, the young specialists were addressed by the chief doctor, "Aktogay Central District Hospital" of the Pavlodar region, Kurmangalieva Gulbakhyt Galymovna, together with the head of the Department of Personnel Management and organizational work of the State Institution "Health Department of the Pavlodar Region" Eltaeva Gulzhanat Oryntayevna, the chief doctor of the "Timiryazev Central District Hospital" of the health department of the North Kazakhstan region, Kosubaeva Zhanar Alibaevna, chief doctor of the "Central Hospital of Karazhal" of the Department of Health of the Karaganda region Bazarbekov Erlan Nauryzbaevich, as well as chief specialist of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Aktogay district(Pavlodar region) Bilyalova Lazzat Zhalelovna.

During the online meeting, the most relevant issues for graduates were discussed, including the personnel shortage in these medical institutions, working conditions, and social packages provided.

It is known that some graduates face difficulties in finding employment after graduation from the academy. Such meetings are designed to actively promote employment and provide each graduate with the opportunity to realize their knowledge and skills.
