In Shymkent, on the initiative of the Public utility Institution "Youth Resources Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Policy of the city of Shymkent, on September 11, 2024, a meeting of representatives of law enforcement agencies and students of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy on the topic "The law is common to all" was held. The event was organized as part of the implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 2 "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism" and is aimed at preventing offenses among young people.
The event was moderated by Marat Bakytzhanovich Spataev, head of the "Youth Resource Center" in Shymkent, who introduced the invited guests. The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Shymkent City Police Department Beisenbayev Arman Arun-Rashidovich, senior operative for particularly important cases of the Department for Combating Drug Crime of the Shymkent city Police Department Karabekov Bauyrzhan Kanatovich, Acting head of the organizational and control Department of the Department of Economic Investigations for the city of Shymkent, Lieutenant Colonel of the Economic Investigation Service Turgynbai Dauren Buribaevich, head of the Department for Combating with cybercrime of the Criminal Police Department of the Shymkent City Police Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Zhailaubek Shyngys Nurzhanovich and students . The purpose of the event is to widely involve young people in the formation of an anti-corruption culture, introducing young people to personal self-development, patriotism, integrity, and labor sports.
Further, the experts spoke about the ongoing work on the prevention of corruption and fraudulent factors, about the values of honesty, integrity, and financial literacy.
Summing up the results of the event, moderator, head of the "Youth Resource Center" Shymkent Marat Bakytzhanovich Spataev urged students to adhere to the principles of integrity and honesty and work to actively involve the younger generation in the work on the formation of zero tolerance for any offenses, promotion of the principles of integrity.
