SKMA Staff and Students Discuss Strategic Orientations and Objectives of the Kazakh President's Address

A meeting dedicated to discussing the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the people of Kazakhstan was held at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
During the meeting, the Rector of JSC «SKMA», Zhanna Serikzhanovna Seitjanova, highlighted the importance of the strategic objectives outlined in the President’s Address for the education and healthcare sectors and emphasized the responsibility of higher education institutions in implementing these priorities.
Following this, Yerbol Kaltursynuly Salim, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs and Social Issues, delivered a report entitled “Social Policy, Youth Support and the Responsibility of the Younger Generation in the President’s Address.” His presentation focused on the key priorities of social policy outlined in the Address, support for young people, and the responsibility of the younger generation towards society.

Zhannat Oralbayevna Nurzhanbayeva, Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social Sciences, delivered a report entitled “Kazakhstan at a New Historical Stage: Statehood, Social Unity and Strategic Directions for the Country’s Development.” She emphasized the importance of strengthening statehood, preserving social harmony and unity, and ensuring the sustainable development of the country.
During the meeting, students discussed the role of educational institutions and their responsibility to society in implementing the objectives outlined in the President’s Address.
