SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP OF A DOCTORAL STUDENT AT THE BASHKIR STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

PhD doctoral student of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry R.Bidaibek on the basis of a Memorandum between the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy and Bashkir State Medical University (BSMU) completed a scientific internship at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the above university in the current academic year.

In accordance with the topic of the dissertation research and the plan of the scientific internship, the doctoral student performed the following works on the synthesis of a new purine derivative that affects the hemostasis system, namely a new compound that causes platelet aggregation during blood clotting, reducing coagulation activity:
• obtaining a new purine derivative that affects the hemostasis system;
• optimization of synthesis paths of the resulting compound;
• search for methods of recrystallization of new xanthine derivatives;
• control of physical constants and purity of the substance;
• determination of spectral and chromatographic parameters of intermediate and final products, etc. studies.

During the internship, the doctoral student got acquainted with new research methods, ways of synthesis of biologically active compounds. We express our deep gratitude to the management, the teaching staff of BSMU, including the head of the Department, E.Klen, Professor F.Khaliullin, associate professors G.Magadeeva, I.Sharipov and all the staff of the department for the high support and creation of conditions for the doctoral student's research work.
