Meeting with a specialist of the "Center for the Preveчntion and Control of AIDS " of the Shymkent city Health Department

Russian Russian course of the Department of Kazakh, Russian and Latin languages of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy held a meeting with a specialist of the "Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS" of the Shymkent city Health Department Kutmambetova Darigul Zhumagalievna on 02/26/2024.
During the meeting, organized as part of the formation of a healthy lifestyle, explanatory work was carried out on the prevention of AIDS and HIV infection in society.
The meeting presented basic information about the importance of moral and sexual education of the younger generation, about HIV infection and AIDS, about sources of transmission, about ways of prevention, about stereotypes associated with it, about discrimination against people with HIV-positive status or AIDS patients, as well as about voluntary anonymous and confidential medical an examination on HIV infection, rapid testing.
In conclusion, industry specialist Darigul Zhumagalievna, answering questions, wished the students to become good specialists in the future.
