ACADEMIC MOBILITY IN NURSING SCIENCE

The academic mobility of the doctor of the highest category, assistant of the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing of JSC «SKMA» Sultanova Zhanat Sarsenovna of the educational program «Nursing» took place within the walls of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.

The mobility program was held from March 26 to April 06, 2024 with the participation of teaching staff of the Department of Nursing of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, students, master students and PhD students.
The lectures included the following topics:
Management and marketing in nursing, communication skills and their role in nursing, the role of research in nursing, time management, risk and conflict management in the career of a nurse, the importance of scientific activity, reading skills and critical analysis of scientific publications.

In addition, Zhanat Sarsenovna Sultanova visited the university clinic, the anatomical museum, and the City Children's Home №. 2, where students practice.
