Visiting the Rector of JSC "SKMA" Regional Children's Hospital and Medical Center "Tynyk."

As part of strengthening ties between the academic community and medical organizations, on September 19, 2024, the rector of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, Seitzhanova Zhanna, visited clinical bases located in the Regional Children's Hospital and the «Tynyk» Medical Center.
The visit was organized to assess the current state of the clinical bases and the educational process.
During the visit to the Regional Children's Hospital, the rector became acquainted with the conditions in which the educational process of SKMA students takes place. Zhanna Seitzhanova held meetings with the head of the hospital, Dosanova Altyn, and the deputy chief doctors, discussing the prospects for improving the conditions for the educational process and increasing the level of practical training of students.

During her visit to the Medical Center «Tynyk», Zhanna Seitzhanova got acquainted with the center's work and conversed with its leadership and teachers of the Department of Phthisiopulmonology and Radiology.
Special attention was paid to improving the educational process and introducing innovative technologies in student education.
Following the visit, memorandums of cooperation were signed between the rector of SKMA, Zhanna Seitzhanova, and the chief doctors of the Regional Children's Hospital and the Medical Center «Tynyk» to closer integrate the educational process with practical health care.
The rector of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Regional Children's Hospital and the Medical Center «Tynyk» for their fruitful cooperation and support in training future medical personnel.
