VISIT OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION TO SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN MEDICAL ACADEMY
During his working visit to Shymkent, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, visited the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
During the visit, the Minister toured the Academy’s History Museum, the Anatomical Museum, the Computer-Based Testing Center equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and the newly built modern Library and Information Center for students. He commended the Academy’s advanced infrastructure, noting that it creates an optimal environment for students to receive a high-quality education.
At the end of the visit, the Minister held a meeting with the university staff. The Rector of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, Zhanna Serikzhanovna Seitzhanova, presented a detailed overview of the institution’s development prospects. She also highlighted efforts to modernize the educational process and train highly skilled medical professionals in Kazakhstan.
