Project "Jasyl El"

On November 26, 2024 senior lecturer of the Department of social and humanitarian sciences Burkhan E.Zh. get together with the students of VM-SKAB-03-23 group took part in the closing ceremony of "Jasyl El" season organized by the Youth Resource Center of the Shymkent city. This was the closing of the XXth season in Shymkent. The active part of our region’s youth took part in that event. Youth from the "Jasyl El" squad who actively participated in the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign were awarded in various nominations.
It was reported that this year were involved more than 1,300 young people in the workforce of the "Jasyl El" project in Shymkent. They were engaged in gardening and landscaping of the areas entrusted to them. Thus, the youth of our region contributed to the improvement of the ecology of the city. The closing ceremony of the season organized by the “Altyn Orda” public association with the support of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of the Shymkent city was followed by a concert program.
The event was also attended by the Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of the Shymkent city Zangarbek Usupakhmetov who awarded the students in various nominations which worked in the labor collectives of the “Jasyl El” project .
In order to provide the learners, students and unemployed youth of the city with seasonal work, also for educating of youth in patriotism for the motherland and a careful attitude to the wealth of their native land the “Zhasyl El” project was approved by Resolution #632 of June 25, 2005 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which provides the employment for young people through landscaping. By annually attracting as many young people as possible to that project helps to reduce unemployment among them. In June and October 2024 about 1,313 young people were recruited into the “Zhasyl El” project units and they were also provided with special uniforms, said Zangarbek Nyshanbekuly Usupakhmetov.
