Meeting with employers in Kurchatov, Abai Region

On March 13, 2024, in the large assembly hall of the main building of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC, a meeting was organized with the dean of the Dean's Office of Internship and Graduate Employment, PhD Kemelbekov K. S. and Deputy akim of Kurchatov city of Abai region Koshkarbaev N.T. as an employer.
The meeting was attended by graduates of the 2023-2024 academic year: interns and residents.
This event was opened by the dean of the Dean's Office of Internship and Employment of graduates, PhD Kemelbekov K. S.

Next, the deputy akim of the city of Kurchatov, Abai region, N.T. Koshkarbayev, made a report. In his report, he focused on voluntary resettlement within the framework of the program of the national project for the development of entrepreneurship for 2021-2025.
"Тhe Kurchatov City Hospital of the Health Department of the Abai region recommended vacant positions for the following specialists:
1) Cardiologist - salary from 250,000 tenge;
2) Anesthesiologist - intensive care specialist - salary from 250,000 tenge;
3) Dentist - salary from 250,000 tenge;
4) Pediatrician - salary from 250,000 tenge;
5) Therapist - salary from 250,000 tenge;
6) Neurologist - salary from 250,000 tenge;
7) Nurses - 3 people, salary from 130,000-160,000 tenge.

During the meeting, it was noted that the local administration of the Abai region, Kurchatov provides housing, provides assistance in placing children of young family specialists in kindergartens, schools and has the opportunity to study in residency in scarce specialties. In addition, there was a campaign to attract specialists to work, regardless of age. Graduates asked questions and received answers. Interested graduates have familiarized themselves with the provisions of the agreements.
