Marathon of knowledge «INFECTION STAR»

On 18th September 2023, at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology of the SKMA, an «INFECTION STAR» Knowledge Marathon was organized among English-speaking 4th-year students majoring in General Medicine.
The participants of the marathon of knowledge were: students of the groups GMIA-01-20, GMIA -02-20, GMIA-03-20, GMIA-04-20.
The purpose of the marathon was: to assess the level of preparation and development of the curriculum of students, to consolidate the topics covered in the discipline «Infectious diseases», as well as to increase cognitive interests and develop creative activity of students.
During the marathon of knowledge, the teams presented the greeting of the teams, the protection of the emblem, the competitions «Competition of captains», «Biathlon», «Tree of Knowledge».

As a result of the marathon of knowledge, teams were awarded and diplomas and certificates were awarded: I-place team «Doctors on duty» GMIA-04-20 group, II-place team «The red ribbons runners» GMIА-03-20 group, III-place team «P3- Plague protection» GMIА-02-20 group. In the nominations: «The best emblem» was won by the team «The red ribbons runners»: GMIA-03-20 group; «The most active participant» - the team «Doctors on duty»: GMIA-02-19 group, «The best video» team »-«Scrub squad» GMIA-01-20 group, «The best captain»- the team «The red ribbons runners» GMIА-03-20 group.
