Integration of theory and practice: current issues of GPP implementation.

On November 11, during the classes "Organizational foundations of good practices (GCP)", took place a joint meeting of students with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the Kazakh market- "ZERDE" company.
The meeting was attended by representatives of practical pharmacy : 
Saltanat Bishembaevna Amangeldieva — Managing Director, 
Kenbaeva Rimma Nauryztaevna - pharmacy chain Manager, 
Tazhikbayeva Roza Kayyrgalievna - pharmacy chain Manager, 
Akyl Asem Makhmutovna is the manager of the pharmacy chain, as well as the teaching staff of the Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical business, employees of the dean's office and 5th year students in the specialty "Pharmacy".

The meeting was devoted to:

New competencies needed to work in large pharmaceutical companies,
Acquaintance with the requirements of good pharmacy practice (GPP),
Modern issues of the pharmaceutical sector personnel market,
The expectations of graduates regarding employment.
The students identified for themselves the vector of development in the profession, the main trends of the employer and were able to get to know their representatives better.
