Gratitude Day

Appreciation Day celebrated on 1st march, is a special day when people express their appreciation and gratitude to loved ones, friends, colleagues and all those who provide support and help in their lives. It is a holiday that reminds us of the importance of gratitude and respect for others. On February 28, the curators of the Center for Physical Culture Shoraeva N.B. and Tugelbay A.N. On the occasion of Gratitude Day, we held a curatorial hour with the groups ВМ-MШ-09-23 and ВМ-МШАB-12-23.
During the curatorial hour, it was discussed with students that gratitude enriches a person’s spiritual world, shows our respect for other people, is of great importance in a person’s life as a whole, and everyone expressed their opinion.
