Academic Mobility at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, Turkiye

From November 11 to 22, 2024, Dana Sapargalikyzy Bekaryssova, Head of the Project Management and Commercialization Department at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, participated in academic mobility at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, located in the capital of Turkiye, Ankara.
Dana Bekaryssova explored the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital during her visit. As part of the academic mobility program, she met with the hospital's Chief Physician, Professor Emre Adıgüzel, as well as Professors Hatice Bodur and Neşe Özgirgin. Additionally, she became acquainted with the clinic's young specialists.
Throughout her stay, Dana Bekaryssova familiarized herself with the hospital's history, current activities, and organizational structure. She was allowed to visit key departments, including robotic rehabilitation, rehabilitation for traumatic brain and spinal injuries, sports rehabilitation, as well as the outpatient clinic.
While engaging with the hospital staff, Dana Bekaryssova presented the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, highlighting the activities of the Project Management Office, its project initiatives, and the publication efforts of the academy's researchers. She also expressed interest in further collaboration with Ankara Bilkent City Hospital.
The hospital's leadership and professors responded positively to the proposal for developing joint scientific projects and publications. They expressed their readiness to continue cooperation with researchers from the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, paving the way for strengthening international partnerships.
